- Abstract
The article discusses a study of the prognostic impact of eukaryotic Initiating Factor 4E protein expression in patients with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). It examines the expressions of the eIF4E protein in AML samples by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results shows that there is no correlation between prognosis and eIF4E expression in AML patients treated by conventional chemotherapy.
