- Abstract
The article presents information on the court case Board of Airport Commissioners v. Jews for Jesus, Inc. The case was filed against a member of the Messianic evangelical organization Jews for Jesus as he was prevented by officials of the Los Angeles International Airport from distributing religious pamphlets at the public property. The Supreme Court has taken decision in favour of the organization and this lead to reinforce the role of the Free Speech Clause in litigations.
