- Abstract
The article presents information on the role of states in bringing their disputes with the federal government into court in reference to two suits including Virginia ex rel. Cuccinelli v. Sebelius and Massachusetts v. EPA. It analyzes the various reasons for these disputes between the state and federal government. It mentions that federalism principles provide judicial resolution to state and federal government disputes.
