- Abstract
Summary: Accurately assessing the influence of intermittent generation integration upon grid security bears great significance to large‐scale intermittent generation planning and grid‐connected operation. Starting from the two aspects of static security and dynamic security, this paper chooses eight indicators that can reflect the influence of intermittent generation integration upon grid security and provides the calculation methods of each indicator. Given the differentiation of the influence of different intermittent generation integration scenarios upon grid security and the absence of unified assessment standards, this paper utilizes the theory of relative competition to propose a yardstick competition based single indicator assessment method, so as to determine the weight with variation coefficient and adopt gray correlation analysis method to build a comprehensive assessment model. Then, making use of the method proposed, it assesses the wind power and photovoltaic integration planning in Zhejiang Province, China in 2020, analyzes the grid security features, differences and potential problems of wind power and photovoltaic power in different regions and under different integration rates, and ultimately offers corresponding countermeasures.
