- Abstract
The article offers information on the features of a curriculum program that teaches children how to cooperate. It mentions the challenges encountered by childhood educators and parents of young children in dealing with the said program due to competitiveness process issue. However, the program emphasizes the value of cooperation which aid younger schoolchildren to understand and apply to their lives. A certain study reveals cooperation's benefits including its ability to boost emotional health, friendly participation, greater sensitivity to others' feelings, and motivation. The applicability of the program's games such as Cooperative Musical Chairs and In Balloon Toss is also discussed.
