- Authors
Weyhrauch, William S.; Culbertson, Satoris S.
- Abstract
The article focuses on a study by Michael Gibbs of the University of Chicago, Kenneth Merchant of the University of Southern California, Wim Van Der Stede on the London School of Economics, and Mark Vargus of the University of Texas at Dallas about whether a network of diverse performance indicators highlighting the strengths and balancing weaknesses may be the method for creating a fair and accurate system of performance incentives. The researchers sought to learn whether something like this already exists in practice and if so, what weaknesses need to be compensated for?
