- Abstract
Objective: To observe curative effect of acupuncture treating adnominal distention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: The research selected 70 cases of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital. All of the patients should randomly divide into acupuncture group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the acupuncture group should give acupuncture therapy every day, and consecutive 3 days. Patients in the control group should give routine nursing intervention after surgery. It should compare the postoperative curative effect, first exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds, postoperative gastrointestinal function score and 72 h postoperative abdominal distension score. Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 94.28%, and the control group was 77.14%. Comparison of total effective rate between two groups indicated that the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The first exhaust time and recovery time of bowel sound in acupuncture group were shorter than that of control group obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal function score and 72 h postoperative abdominal distension score in the acupuncture group were superior to that of control group obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture could improve the symptoms of abdominal distention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery quickly and effectively, which would promote recovery of gastrointestinal function early.
