- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 3-year-old girl who was admitted to the hospital due to swelling at her genital region diagnosed as primary vulvar endodermal sinus tumor. A mass at her left labium majus and clitoris extends through the mons pubis, left inguinal and preineal region. The mass was excised and she was given ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide (ICE) courses. The occurrence of benign tumors, premalignant lesions, and malignant tumors in the vulva is discussed.
