Virtual patient design: what works and why.
- Abstract
The article offers information on the paper "Virtual Patient Designs: Exploring What Works and Why. A Grounded Theory Study," by J. Bateman, M. Allen, D. Samani, J. Kidd, and D. Davies, which appeared in the 2013 issue of "Medical Education." The paper describes a model for designing virtual patients (VP) based upon a grounded theory study of VP use in a graduate medical program.
