The article focuses on a study conducted by the authors on differences and similarities in targeted personality traits between physiotherapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs). Topics discussed include self-ratings of conscientiousness similarities analyzed between OTs and PTs, distinct variation between personality traits of OTs and PTs members, and due to individual differences differ in trait ratings.
