- Abstract
The article focuses on decision of several U.S. Court cases related to employment and labor law. The cases discussed include Scarborough v. Federated Mutual Insurance Company on employee's claim for violation of the Minnesota Whistleblower Act; Evans v. Cooperative Response Center, Inc. on wrongful termination for violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Zimmerli v. The City of Kansas City on unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
