The article offers information on the scope of standing under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and its uneasy entanglement with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Topics discussed include contemplates a solution born of statutory interpretation and economic analysis of Rehabilitation Act, decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Lujan v Defenders of Wildlife on zone-of-interests test into disability law and Supreme Court's competing standing doctrines.
