Title
Carbon capture test set for 2014; Project in Canada aims to prove legitimacy of clean coal.
Abstract
The article considers the scheduled 2014 installation of carbon capture and sequestration technology at the Boundary Dam coal-fired power plant operated by Saskatchewan Power Corp. It is noted that if successful the plant would become the first to have a commercially viable carbon sequestration system. The implications of the program for climate change mitigation are discussed.
