- Abstract
Several quite interesting technical solutions are proposed for enhancing efficiency and operating life of rotary compressors having a rolling rotor (RCRR). These are: use of double rotor, relieving blades from side loads with the help of relief (discharge) grooves, selecting appropriate tolerances and smoothness of finishing of lateral surfaces of the rotor (or of cylinder wall) on which oil-retaining relief is produced by vibration rolling.
