Abstract

To determine rheumatoid factor, level of serum vitamin D3 and uric acid in the patients Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and found connection between serum grade of them and disease activity in RA. 23 patients RA classification and 23 healthy controls. 25 (OH) vitamin D3 and uric acid levels were determine with rheumatoid factor . Disease activity was assessed by DAS-28 score. Average serum vitamin D levels of RA patients was essentially low by thought about to healthy group (p=0.009).The four patients was high disease activity (DAS-28 score>5.1), the 9 patients was moderate disease activity (DAS 28 score 3.2-5.1) and the 10 patients was low disease activity (DAS-28 score <3.2). Vitamin D levels in high disease activity group was low significant compared with vitamin D level in patients with low and moderate disease activity (p<.001) and vitamin D level had respectable negative relationship with DAS-28 score (r = -0.650, p<0.002). The uric acid levels with none active rheumatoid factor were seventeen individual (94.6%) while with active RF was one individual (5.4%). The aftereffects of uric acid levels expanded with un-receptive RF there are two individuals (40%) with responsive RF was three individuals (60%). Uric acid levels and rheumatoid factor were investigated utilizing of Chi-square test. They are connected (p=0,038, P< 0.05). The finish of examination is that uric acid levels and RA connected one to another.
