The article discusses the use of telehealth in fee for-service program surged during the first 6 months of COVID-19 pandemic, and Policy changes helped to enable adoption of telehealth services to rural and urban disadvantaged communities. Topics include impact of telehealth and digital tools on quality, access, and cost in cancer care at 11th Annual Summit of the Association for Value-Based Cancer Care in 2021; and treatment decisions has reduced emergency department visits and readmits.
