- Abstract
The article focuses on result of clinical trial which suggest that some postmenopausal women with early-stage hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer, and positive axillary lymph nodes may be able to avoid adjuvant chemotherapy. Topics include improvement in invasive disease–free survival in trials; association between chemotherapy benefit and recurrence score values; and concern over efficacy of chemotherapy in premenopausal women.
