The article discusses placing value on mimeographs as historical reference. Topics include the techniques used to describe the literary works in the hand-press era, a brief history of the mimeograph from the year 1876 with Thomas Edison, and mimeograph as a mainstream printing method in the 1950s. Also discussed are the process of mimeography, the Daughters of Bilitis, and a bibliographical essay on mimeography.
