- Abstract
The article discusses the use of nonendorsement principle of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor in achieving political equality through fidelity to common law attentiveness and human experience in the U.S. It notes the religious freedom protection through the repudiation of any governmental power pursuant to the First Amendment. O'Connor suggests the appeal of looking for a single test to resolve case from certain clause.
