- Abstract
This is a reflective paper referencing my opinion and research of the hospitality industry and its ability to retain employees and customers based on quality of life. It will describe why people choose a hospitality profession and why some are opposed to them. It will also discuss companies that list quality of life for their employees as a top priority. Lastly, it will discuss how poor quality of life for hospitality employees can cause a lack of retention and loss of customers.
