This article examines the utilization of retirement preparation programs as a tool to reduce retiree dissatisfaction and help them prepare for a more positive retirement experience. It points out that a positive result in these preparation programs provides the potential for increased productivity and morale among current workers as well, thus offering a preretirement benefit to the employer.
