- Abstract
The article discusses a research on identification of glucosyltransferase gene that plays role in 7-polyacylation of anthocyanin in delphinium as of 2014. The topics discussed include catalysis of 7-polyacylation of anthocyanins in Delphiniums, the deficiency of acyl-glucose-dependent anthocyanin 7-O-glucosyltransferase (AA7GT) in some cultivars, and phylogenetic analysis of amino acid sequence of the plants' proteins.
