- Abstract
The author comments on the study which examines the extent and nature of postinterview communications between programs and candidates under the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) in the U.S. He states that the study showed the appropriate use of postinterview communication in accordance with NRMP policies. He cites that further education on policies and the ethical recruitment must be considered by NRMP and misleading or misinterpreted comments should not be made by participants.
