- Abstract
Orthodox economics assumes that cultures are uniform, exogenous to the economy, the consumer is rational and there is equal opportunity. However, it can be assumed to each event as "unique and unrepeatable". What makes it different? Historic core taken from the grounds of social construction of market, social building from the old thinking, social construction and government. Also, decisions made by agents based on rules, routines and habits. So it is interesting to develop the "neighborhood effects" in order to help understand the social mobility of the department of Cundinamarca.
