Assess the utility of blood cultures in the management of uncomplicated pyelonephritis in women. Number of patients received an initial dose of intravenous ceftriaxone; Consideration of the clinical and microbiological evolution of infection; Occurrence of symptoms of cystitis; Increase of the incidence of bacteremia in a number of febrile children with urinary tract infections.
