- Abstract
The article discusses the relationship of politics and judicial selection in Kentucky following the 2010 U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit decision in the case Carey v. Wolnitzek. It states that the Carey case involved a challenge to several provisions of Kentucky's Code of Judicial Conduct involving safeguards against improper political activities and political party affiliation. Funding for judicial elections is also mentioned.
