- Abstract
The article presents information on the role of hybrid courts, international tribunals and local justice and the lack of proper attention towards the transnational trials. The exercising of jurisdiction over foreign persons for the crimes committed in the foreign countries is discussed with reference to a case related to trial of Rwandan nuns in Belgium. In the case related to Rawandan nuns, the evidences used included interviews, trial transcripts and data related to public opinion.
