Tibetan Delegates at 17<sup>th</sup> CPC Congress.
- Abstract
The article reports on the number of Tibetan delegates for the 17th Communist Party of China (CPC) Congress. According to the author, there are 28 delegates in the congress who represent the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) and 70% of them are minority people. Some of the participants figured by Xinhua News Agency are Kelzang Tsering, Sonam Nyima, TAR executive vice-chairman Padma Tsinle, and secretary of Nyingchi Prefecture Padma Namgyai.
