- Abstract
The article outlines steps for guiding the next generation of pharmacy learners through the peer review process. The steps of peer review include identifying an article to review, providing guidance on how to conduct peer review, identifying a timeline for review, reading the article thoroughly, preparing comments independently, face-to-face discussion of comments, submission of review and final decision to journal, and debriefing with trainee and discussion of other peer reviewer comments.
