The author reflects on the English court case PJS v News Group Newspapers, which narrates the importance of privacy. He states that revealing the identity of PJS continued to protect the significance leading to confusion with privacy and confidentiality. An overview of the comments made by newspapers and media houses on the issue has been provided to acknowledge the purpose of continuity identity secrecy. The author also comment on press behavior that intended to harm the claimants.
