- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old man who was presented with a history of fever, right facial palsy and progressive gait difficulty. A left sided hypoalgesia, absence of superficial abdominal reflexes, Babinski's reflex and right side lower limb weakness were observed. Spinal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed two sites of occurrence of lesions and gadolinium induced enhancement on T1-weighted images.
