- Title
Physical Activity and Test Scores.
- Abstract
The article presents information on a study conducted by researchers at Medical University of South Carolina Children's Hospital to determine how implementing a daily physical activity program that included classroom lessons would affect student achievement. Students were made to spend 40 minutes per week in physical education classes. The researchers found that the time spent out of a traditional classroom to increase physical education did not adversely affect students' academic achievement.
