- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 26-year-old male who was admitted for left varicocelectomy. The patient had no history of headache and back pain. The patient was administered bupivacaine drug during spinal anesthesia. He revealed negative signs of paresthesia or neurologic complication after the procedure. The patient developed arachnoid cysts in the later part which was diagnosed by brain imaging.
