- Abstract
In the article on the basis of understanding the social necessity of improvement of professional training of future tactical level officers of National guard of Ukraine, especially in the context of the modern military-political situation in the state, the leading task of modern military education is defined the creation of training system of specialists taking into account the urgent social need in officers with a high level of competencies, general and professional military culture, intellectual development, that is realized in the process of scientific research activity. The aim of this article is to conduct the research-based analysis of educational professional programmes of future officers' training opportunities to realize the research potential of the system of military practices and internships of cadets of different years of study. It was found that the strengthening of research capacity of practices and internships of National guard of Ukraine officers needs responsible training of commanding officers (teachers, staff course officers), whose task during the planning and management of the practice is to create an atmosphere of cooperation, student-centered education, encouraging of research activities of cadets. At the same time clearly structured system of training practices and military internships while working with the personnel has significant research potential of selfimprovement, self-development, self-actualization of the cadets as future officers, commanders, teachers and educators. It was concluded that the process of training a new generation of the officer corps as professionals, able to act in crisis situations, to perform their duties effectively, to direct subordinate staff, should be done in a combination of theoretical and practical training, the end result of which is focused on the ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills to act in unusual situations.
