- Abstract
The article focuses on the developments in the rules of appellate procedure of the U.S. state of Indiana from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012. It discusses the appellate rule amendments related to the content of the Notice of Appeal issued by the Supreme Court of Indiana on September 7, 2012. Topics include the role of the intermediate court, appealable interlocutory orders, and motion to publish memorandum decision.
