- Abstract
The article focuses on the findings of the study on the effects of pasture renovation on forage growth and nutrient runoff from soil. It explains the process of pasture renovation that aims at improving soil aeration by creating holes within the soil and mentions the methodology of the study in which renovation was performed on various pasture soils before manure application. It discusses the benefits of pasture renovation in improving the hydrology of soil and informs that the method was also beneficial in reducing nutrient runoff. It states that the method did not show significant changes in forage yields.
