- Abstract
This invention was directed to produce a nano medicinal herbal mixture for the treatment of burns, which consists of mixing a number of medicinal plants in specific quantities that were measured using the GC-MS device, then the specifications of the medicinal herbal mixture were improved by exposing them to ultrasound and then adding the silver nanoparticles to the mixture has a weight ratio (1: 1) for each. A number of spectroscopic techniques have been used to diagnose the medicinal herbal mixture before and after exposure to ultrasound, and then after adding silver nanoparticles to it, including UV-Visible spectrometer, FT-IR and TEM. The results showed that the mixture of nano medicinal herbs mixture had a great impact on bacterial growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated from burn injuries. The efficiency of bacterial susceptibility regarding the inhibition of the bacterial growth and thus eliminating them using nanomedical herbal mixtures is great compared to conventional treatments.
