- Abstract
The article discusses the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in relation to the American Bar Association's Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g) which deals with professional misconduct by lawyers and discrimination and harassment in employment. American anti-discrimination and anti-harassment statutes and case law are examined, along with litigation matters such as Broadrick v. Oklahoma which a ban on state employees' partisan political activities.
