The article discusses several proposed contractual solutions for employment law problems in America as of 2015, and it mentions youth unemployment in America, labor law reform efforts, and unemployment statistics regarding groups such as black and white males in the U.S. Government regulation and minimum wage laws in the country are examined, as well as labor markets and the impacts of wages on employment levels. Competitive and monopoly markets are also examined.
