- Abstract
The article discusses a case of a 60-year-old female with a coronary arterio-pulmonary fistula, emphasizing the use of minimally invasive small-incision off-pump ligation monitored by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). The surgical approach, performed without cardiopulmonary bypass, demonstrated successful ligation of the fistula with TEE providing real-time monitoring and evaluation of the surgery's efficacy, highlighting the safety of this method for treating coronary artery fistulas.
