- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 24 year old male patient who was referred to physicians for an echocardiographic examination after a precordial holosystolic murmur was found during a routine physical examination. A discussion of a diagnosis of an abnormally long chorda tendinea and parachute mitral valve which was given to the patient after his echocardiographic examination is presented.
