- Abstract
The article analyzes strengths and weaknesses of the federal uranium scheme aimed at compensating the Navajo Nation who continues to suffer from an abundance of toxic waste sites, and remediate the harms caused by its uranium procurement program. Topics discussed include scientific background on the dangers of uranium radiation, and how the federal government has attempted to remediate harms to individuals through the Radioactive Exposure Compensation Act.
