- Abstract
This article shows how the culture of specific geographic area may change the way of managing. The strategy of Canon, an international Japanese company, is strongly connected to Asian culture. It was necessary to take this factor into consideration while creating a strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility. The philosophy of kyosei based on Buddhism and Confucianism religion shows how to build effective relations with all stakeholders and satisfy their expectations.
