- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a nine-month-old HIV-positive African boy presented with a one-month history of multiple partially necrotic ulcers on the back of his scalp. Physical examination revealed five ulcerative lesions on the scalp, with the largest found on the right posterior occipital region. The largest ulcer was examined with a punch biopsy. Further assessments of biopsy specimen including hematoxylin and eosin, revealed a dense lymphocytic infiltrate in the dermis.
