- Abstract
The article discusses the pathological-genetic correlation of intra-tumour heterogeneity for SMARCB1, BRAF and H3F3A genes in the brain. Topics include the process of genetic heterogeneity using the multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) to demonstrate the SMARCB1 gene, the analysis of H3F3A gene using Sanger sequencing, and the BRAF gene mutation in exon 15.
