- Abstract
The article focuses on the propane school bus. The benefits of using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or propane are presented in terms of efficiency of operation, and fuel costs. The provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT) are discussed with focus on the three targeted tax credits of motor fuel credit, a credit for purchasing a qualified alternative fuel motor vehicle, and a credit for installing a fueling station for propane.
