- Abstract
In order to meet the reality demanded by industrial sectors in the search for improvements in crisis scenarios, new technologies are investments to qualify and differentiate the market in Production Engineering and construction, making it more attractive for investments. For the development of these innovative methods it is necessary the use of the mentioned parameters in the performance standard NBR 15575/2013, applied to civil engineering for conventional construction and prefabricated, given that this normative makes the necessary systematization requested by competent organs in order to guarantee minimum performance. Thus, this paper will address the performance of alveolar walls used in residential and commercial construction, for this, the studies developed for a fire situation with the structural components of the alveolar walls and slab were made building on a residential building. Based on the results, we can see that the construction method of alveolar wall obtained, satisfactory performance as the Time Required Fire Resistance - TRRF, being quite favorable as alternatives to show how durable the structure is in fire.
