- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 18-year-old boy who experienced swelling and recurrent episodes of pus discharge in relation to upper front teeth for six months. He was examined using cone beam computed tomography and he was diagnosed of nasopalatine duct cyst (NPDC) associated with impacted inverted mesiodens. It mentions that NPDC is a non odontogenic cyst of developmental origin which represents 1% of all cysts in the maxilla.
