- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein the plaintiff experienced a delay in diagnosis and treatment of Ewing's sarcoma. The plaintiff further alleged that as a result of the delay in diagnosis and treatment of the cancer, and its spread, that he had to undergo a far more aggressive form of chemotherapy treatment than would otherwise have been required. He was also given 80,000 pounds for the delay between March and July 2002.
