In the article, the author discusses issues in lawyers' wellbeing, particularly how attorneys can overcome imposter syndrome, which is a psychological phenomenon where individuals experience mixed feelings of anxiety and self-doubt. Also cited are the signs of said syndrome like crediting one's achievements to luck, charm and networking, and the potential adverse coping behaviors like avoidance, overworking, and procrastination.
